On Wednesday 8 July, The Wedding Edition welcomed an intimate gathering of brides-to-be, tastemakers and friends of the brand to NADINE MERABI‘s elegant South Molton Street boutique for an evening celebrating confidence, personal style and modern bridal fashion.

Set across the brand’s beautifully designed London flagship, the boutique provided the perfect backdrop for the occasion. Its sweeping curved staircase, rich timber floors and softly lit interiors were transformed by Kathryn Josey Flowers, who dressed the space with sculptural arrangements of pale blue hydrangeas, ivory garden roses, delicate delphiniums, nigella and seasonal blooms. Statement florals stood proudly on elegant plinths, bud vases lined the mantelpiece and flowers softly traced the staircase, creating a setting that felt both contemporary and wonderfully romantic.

Guests spent the evening discovering NADINE MERABI Bridal, a collection that has redefined occasion dressing for the modern bride. Alongside beautifully tailored bridal looks, the collection embraces every moment surrounding the wedding itself, from engagement celebrations and civil ceremonies to rehearsal dinners, hen weekends and honeymoon wardrobes. Known for empowering women through exceptional tailoring, confident silhouettes and unmistakable glamour, the collection embodies the brand’s enduring purpose: designing for women who don’t chase the spotlight, but create their own.

Throughout the evening, Bobbi Brown offered signature make-up touch-ups while Neville London created effortlessly polished bridal hair, ensuring guests looked and felt their very best. Glasses of Champagne flowed alongside beautifully chilled serves of Saicho, whose refined sparkling teas offered an elegant alcohol-free alternative.

At the heart of the evening was an intimate conversation hosted by The Wedding Edition’s contributing editor and chartered psychologist Sabrina Percy, joined by Ana Marlene, Head of PR & Partnerships at NADINE MERABI and a bride herself just weeks away from her wedding, alongside newlywed Cassie Capuozzo.

Together they explored the powerful relationship between fashion and confidence, discussing how the pieces we wear during life’s biggest moments often become woven into our memories long after the celebrations end. Ana reflected on how becoming a bride had refined her own sense of style, sharing how every chapter of her wedding journey, from engagement celebrations to the wedding itself, had encouraged her to dress in a way that felt authentically her. Cassie looked back on life after her wedding, reflecting on the fashion moments that defined each celebration and how, sometimes, the outfits worn throughout the journey become just as memorable as the wedding dress itself.

It was a conversation that resonated throughout the room. More than simply discussing what to wear, it explored why certain pieces make us stand a little taller, feel more ourselves and carry confidence into the moments that matter most. Perfectly aligning with NADINE MERABI’s philosophy, the evening celebrated women dressing for themselves first, embracing fashion as an extension of personality rather than performance.

As guests continued browsing the latest NADINE MERABI Bridal collection over drinks, conversations lingered around favourite bridal looks, upcoming weddings and the excitement that surrounds every chapter of the journey to “I do”, making for an evening that felt as inspiring as it was stylish.

With thanks to NADINE MERABI for hosting such a beautifully curated evening, Kathryn Josey Flowers for bringing the boutique to life, Bobbi Brown, Neville London and Saicho Sparkling Tea for their thoughtful contributions, and to everyone who joined us to celebrate fashion, confidence and the modern bride.
