Since the very beginning, Rae Feather has been a journey driven by the community. The Rae Feather HQ is based in the heart of the Oxfordshire countryside and we are proud to work with an ever growing team of talented painters all based right on our doorstep. I am immensely proud of what we are doing at Rae Feather. Success for me today is about building a brand and taking it to a level that I can no longer grow it. We have a way to go but the journey has been a great adventure and the road ahead is very exciting.

Full of pieces that will fit effortlessly into your wardrobe to be worn on repeat. Today is all about the transitional wardrobe. Pieces that will carry you through the seasons. I want to create seasonless and versatile clothing and accessories that make us feel confident and happy. A quote that so resonates with me is ‘We used to dress to look good, we now dress to feel good.’ I wanted to encapsulate this feeling throughout the new collection which includes incredible shirting in beautiful cottons, chunky, cosy knits and effortless, throw-on dresses.

Anything that evokes personal style whether that be a fresh take on colour or silhouette. Lean, elegant lines with an architectural element excite me just as much as romantic ruffles and lace.

Ireland – there is something so special about going home and there is no place like it. I am always inspired by and love to travel and try to escape to Portugal when I can to relax with friends and family.

For wedding guest dressing, look no further than Isabel Spearman’s @dailydressedit which is full of inspiring imagery and wonderful dresses from smaller, growing labels as well as those we are all familiar with. A recent post included a beautiful wedding dress designed by Kindred of Ireland featuring appliqued rose detail on the sleeves and veil – all crafted in Irish linen.

To continue to build our lifestyle brand. We are constantly introducing new lines to our collections whether for your wardrobe or your home. This year we have collaborated with Tara Matthews on swimwear and Alexis Amor on sunglasses and launched our first table linen. Last year, we launched le hat, a collection of lightweight, packable summer hats. no matter what, my aim is always to create ‘keepers’ – pieces that have staying power both aesthetically and in quality. not only do our collections look good but they are affordable and work hard for us.
