Lottie-Daisy is a creator and owner of The Lottie Method, a certified personal trainer, influencer and a 2023 Bride To Be.
Starting off her career as a professional actress, singer and dancer, she has since embarked on profession as a personal trainer with her brand – The Lottie Method. She is recognised as one of ‘London’s best personal trainers’ by the Evening Standard, and has worked with brands such as Gym Shark, Nike, Adidas and JD Sports.
Lottie-Daisy got engaged to Paul Garred in 2022 and is getting married in Mallorca in August this year, so she is fully immersed in all things bridal and wedding planning.
