London’s stylish set descended on The Arts Club yesterday to catch a glimpse of the highly-anticipated Christian Louboutin bridal collection. Where guests mingled and ogled at Louboutin’s new wedding collection – from handsome brogues to seriously pretty stilettos.
The new collection promises everything: from pretty ballet-like pointed pumps to feminine satin ties behind stilettos and hand-pleated chiffon and tulle, while the groom’s collection delivered equal measures of comfort and style (few could muster the strength to walk past the new patent-black show-stoppers without picking them up). Far from overlooked, wedding guests could tuck into the candy-like pairs of shoes evoking all the lightness and spontaneity of British spring. Whilst seeing for themselves how the perfect pair of Louboutins can take a wedding guest dress to the next level.

The exclusive guest list included Alessandra Frame, Nell Hudson Tabitha Willet, Alice Liveing, Georgia Toffolo, Sophie Habboo, Alexandra Dudley, Zeena Shah, Debbie Lee, Lauren Lyle, Sabrina Percy and more.
Event gurus Moriarty styled the space with incredible floral structures incorporating the shoes by Lucy Vail. The intimate crowd sipped on Moët Champagne and Rosé by Maison Mirabeau whilst Christina McMaster played the grand piano setting the tone.
Kendra and Isabella, founders of The Wedding Edition commented: “Our annual event with Christian Louboutin celebrates the start of wedding season and is the ultimate party for engaged guys and girls to celebrate their impending nuptials in style. At The Wedding Edition, we represent a new era of weddings via our digital magazine and event series. We believe couples are choosing to do things differently and this event is the perfect representation of the new wave.”
