Flavours are brought to life with complex dishes including Lobster Tempura, Creamy Lemon & Red Jalapeño; Chilean Sea Bass & Wasabi Lime Miso; and Crispy Pork Belly with Apple Wasabi Salsa. Nobu’s famous Omakase multi-course tasting menu is also a show-stopper where each ingredient is the star of its own show. The romantic tables are dressed simply with candles and Latin American ceramics, executed with Japanese precision and finesse combined with Latin flair.
Service is exemplary throughout with attentive, but never overbearing staff, catering to your every need and making you feel very much at home.
