Jessica Sepel has always been passionate about empowering people to give up dieting, nourish their bodies naturally, find balance with food and embrace body love – for life. Jess believes in the transformative power of vitamins and nutrients. JSHealth Vitamins was a natural extension of the JSHealth brand, born from Jess’s goal to provide high quality supplements to her community. The range is specifically formulated to address various concerns and needs – from skin health and bloating, to anxiety and sleep – in order to help restore the health and confidence that everyone deserves. This is especially important in the lead up to your wedding day.

I love working in my industry because….

There is so much room for innovation, creativity and improvement.

Also, I am able to see first-hand how vitamin formulations can help our customers which is the most gratifying part of our job and makes me love and appreciate the industry I am in.

I also love how tightly regulated Australian made products are which gives the industry such a great reputation internationally.

I’m best known for…

My slipper collection (haha) and passion for what I do.

My biggest achievement to date is…

Finding the right husband – haha!

Getting my first book deal is still a career highlight. I haven’t had much time to reflect on achievements though, if I am honest!

My top three tips for any couple would be…

Kindness and respect always.

Committing to stand by that person through the good and the bad.

Letting go of comparison and perfection

What I did in the lead up to my own wedding day….

I went on a health retreat with my mum and sisters in Thailand. It was my pre-wedding dream to eat nourishing food, rest and spend time with the gals.

The current wedding trends I’m loving are…

Simplicity. I love destination weddings with small wedding parties. The more intimate, the better in my opinion.

The podcast I’m listening to is…

“How I built this” – always my go to.

My favourite place in the world to skip the crowds is…

Thailand. My husband and I go to a small beach in Thailand each year. We even stay in the same room. It is low key and the essence of rest.

The best person to follow on Instagram for big-day inspo is…

When I got married there wasn’t much insta inspo.

My favourite wedding inspo is my sister’s in Italy – Gabriella Sepel!

And finally, what’s next for JSHealth?

A new vertical…. vitamins in a new way! Coming Nov 2021 and I can’t wait to share it with the world.
