Annabel is a fifth generation Yorkshire farmer and founder of Annabel’s Deliciously British and Tame & Wild. She started off by growing and selling premium strawberries on the family farm and after they established a reputation for excellence, the strawberry enterprise grew rapidly and now supplies the finest UK strawberries to top retailers including Harrods, Wholefoods and Booths. A decade later she set up food brand Annabel’s Deliciously British and sister brand Tame & Wild, which produces fruit and botanical infused sparkling drinks.
Annabel is dedicated to creating delicacies that celebrate and sustain the diversity of the British countryside. She has always strived to produce sustainable yet excellent quality fruit for the British market from the family farm. For over 15 years, they have been refining the process to ensure the carbon footprint of the strawberries is as low as possible whilst still providing the best possible berries.
Tame & Wild offers all-natural, sophisticated sparkling drinks which can be enjoyed as an alternative to alcohol. Their recipe of English berries and botanicals with gently sparkling water has been created for the sophisticated palate, where overtones of botanical flavours with the natural sweetness of the fruit – result in an elegant drink, fit for any occasion. The all-natural, award-winning drinks are less than 30 calories and have less than 5g of sugar making them the perfect soft drinks for the health-conscious. The drinks can be bought online, either individually (£2.98) or as a beautifully presented pack of four (£12.25) and are stocked in a variety of luxury retail sites across the country which include Daylesford Farm Shops, Fortnum & Mason and Selfridges.
