Inside: A Manifestation Lunch With Roxie Nafousi
Share on FacebookShare on Twitter

Few voices have defined the modern conversation around self worth quite like Roxie Nafousi. Her approach to manifestation, rooted in clarity, discipline and belief, has resonated far beyond the wellness space, reframing it as something far more grounded, and far more powerful.

It was this philosophy that set the tone for an intimate lunch hosted by The Wedding Edition at Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, where a select group of private guests gathered for a morning that moved seamlessly from conversation into celebration.

The day began in the Hanover Bar, where guests arrived to coffee, pastries and fruit before taking their seats for Roxie’s workshop. Drawing on Manifest: 7 Steps to Living Your Best Life, she spoke with a clarity that has become her signature, centring self worth as the foundation for everything. Not just what you want, but what you believe you are available for.

Her framework is deceptively simple. Get clear on your vision. Remove fear and doubt. Align your behaviour. Practise gratitude. Trust in the process. But what makes it land is the insistence that manifestation is not passive. It requires consistency, boundaries and a willingness to shift how you show up in your own life.

There is a reason her message resonates so widely. It feels actionable. Less about waiting, more about becoming.

From there, guests moved downstairs into the Sui private dining room, where the visual language of the day came into full focus. Designed by La Fête, the tablescape played with a palette of citrus tones and deep greens, a subtle nod to energy, growth and abundance. Florals by Kathryn Josey brought texture and movement, combining trailing greenery with vibrant orange blooms and sculptural stems, interwoven with seasonal fruits that felt both abundant and considered.

Layered place settings from Maison Margaux framed each setting beautifully, where a signed copy of Manifest: 7 Steps to Living Your Best Life awaited, later taken home by every guest, extending the moment well beyond the table.

The styling, led by La Fête, felt intrinsically connected to the book itself. The now instantly recognisable burnt orange of Manifest became the foundation, woven through every detail from the menus to the florals, creating a visual thread between message and setting. Menus, designed by The Styled Writing Co, echoed this palette in soft, tonal layers, bringing a sense of warmth and cohesion to the table.

Florals by Kathryn Josey introduced contrast and movement, balancing the richness of orange with fresh greens and delicate stems. Clementines, trailing foliage and sculptural blooms were styled with an effortless hand, creating something that felt abundant yet considered, never overly polished. The overall effect was quietly confident. A tablescape that didn’t compete with the conversation, but elevated it, mirroring the essence of Roxie’s philosophy. Grounded, intentional and entirely self assured.

Photographer Roberta Facchini captured the day with a lens that moved between the intimate and intentional, translating the interplay of burnt orange and deep green and sculptural florals into a visual narrative as grounded and authentic as Roxie’s philosophy.

Designed by The Styled Writing Company and printed by Leeming Brothers, the menus became objects of intention. Oversized calligraphic headers in crisp white crowned a burnt orange background, while an arched top – inspired by the florals and clementines – brought a feminine edge. The rust tone was printed directly onto stock for maximum luxury, with calligraphied leaves creating a visual thread between the printed word and the tablescape, so that even the menu became an extension of Roxie’s philosophy: considered, intentional, never accidental.

The menu itself mirrored the aesthetic, fresh, balanced and quietly confident. A warm crab cake with celeriac remoulade was paired with a Blanc de Blancs, bringing a clean, mineral edge. Chermoula roasted chicken followed, layered with spice and depth, served alongside olive oil pomme purée and a pomegranate jus, complemented by a Millésimé 2015. Dessert, a vanilla cheesecake with mango and passion fruit, was lifted by a Rosé NV that added a softer, fruit led finish.

Champagne flowed throughout, courtesy of Champagne Henriot, a house long associated with precision and restraint. Known for its Chardonnay led style and refined structure, each cuvée felt deliberate, enhancing rather than overpowering, moving effortlessly from aperitif to pairing.

Guests also left with a beautifully considered keepsake from Aspinal of London, a deep green notebook embossed with the words “I am magnetic”, a quiet yet powerful extension of the day’s message, designed to be carried forward long after the lunch itself.

By the close of the lunch, what lingered was not just the setting, or the details, but the message itself. Clear, direct and quietly transformative.

Because, as Roxie puts it, “you don’t manifest what you want, you manifest what you believe you deserve.”
