Model and fashion icon-turned-mixologist Portia Freeman started her career aged 16 with a spread in Vogue, shot by the legendary fashion photographer Mario Testino. Since then she has featured in countless magazines, including W and Italian Vogue, plus appeared on the catwalk for the likes of Louis Vuitton, Chanel and Alexander McQueen. During the 2020 lockdown Portia started her now hugely successful ‘Portia’s Happy Hour’ series on IGTV where she creates a cocktail for followers to make at home every Friday. Guests have included Jamie Oliver, Poppy and Cara Delevingne Fearne Cotton, Daisy Lowe and Vick Hope, Sophie Ellis Bextor and the series has been featured in The Telegraph Marie Claire and Grazia to name a few. Portia has also collaborated with leading fashion brands, alcohol brands and lifestyle brands on her happy hour and is now an ambassador for Bombay Sapphire and Ultimate Province.
